Our story began over 20 years ago in the beautiful city of Apple Valley, where we opened our first restaurant. As a family-owned and operated business for more than two decades, Flor and Ruben brought their passion for mariscos and authentic Mexican cuisine to life here in the high desert.

Since opening Ruben's Mariscos & Mexican Grill several years ago, we have been honored to serve our loyal guests, who have become like family to us. Our dedication to offering fresh, flavorful seafood and traditional Mexican dishes remains as strong as ever, and we take pride in providing a welcoming space where the community can gather, dine, and make lasting memories.

Our restaurant has always been family owned and operated this has always been important to us. We aspire to maintain the best quality for our guest and to be a healthy choice for the community.
